Return Policy - Phème Paris

At Phème Paris, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted for complete products (all pieces must be included).
  • If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a reshipping fee.

Exchange

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please request a return and place a new order on our website.

Return Process

1. Orders delivered to France and Europe

  • Returns are processed directly through our online portal: https://returns.futurlog.com/pheme-paris.

  • Simply enter your order number and shipping postcode to generate your return label.

  • Returns are free of charge for France only.

  • You may also specify the reason for your return using the return form included in your package.

  • In case of any issue, please contact our customer service at contact@pheme-paris.com

2. Orders delivered outside the European Union

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please contact us at contact@pheme-paris.com with your order number.

  • We will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Return Processing & Refunds

  • Once we receive your return our warehouse or offices, it will be processed within 48 business hours.
  • After validation, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
